Greater Than 4th graders recently visited Mt. Hood Community College. These early introductions to college environments help make college feel real, possible, and within reach.

Graciela Cerda is the Dean of Students at Lincoln Street Elementary School and brings 15 years of experience in education, including 11 years as a dual language teacher. She has also served as a Student Success Coach and English Learner Specialist, with a strong focus on advancing equity, supporting student outcomes, and building meaningful partnerships with families and staff.
