We'd like to reintroduce you to Mr. Dude, the official mascot for the city of Portland in Japan.

10 years ago Weiden+Kennedy and Travel Portland introduced Mr. Dude and the world of "Odnarotoop" (Portland spelled backwards in Japanese pronunciation.) The furry, loveable, huggable, and very blue Mr. Dude is a beloved ambassador to Portland, Oregon in Japan where his outsized personality charms new generations to beervana aka stumptown aka Portlandia. Mr. Dude is so popular that he even has his own music video by Portland band Ages and Ages!

is honored to bring Mr. Dude back to Portland for the first time in 2 years! Look for the fuzzy bearded blue sasquatch around town and at our festival on Saturday, July 18th.
