Harassment and Racial profiling should not happen in Oregon in 2018, so why would anyone want to re-appeal this law? (Racism, Xenophobia, Classism)

According to the Oregonians for Immigration Reform (OFIR), an organization that has ties to white supremacy, wants to stop illegal immigration and take away citizenship.
