It was a very fugly, sad home that cosmetically was remuddled and had some old greasy goo on windows and ceilings and crown trim from a pellet stove that had been used with lighter fluid..ugh-orooooski…and then..never ever had been caulked, had 3 layers of peeling old wallpaper in each area..the list of needed-helps was longgggg…
