As many of you may know, I was lucky enough to partner with Stumptown Stages who have decided to take our cabaret workshop piece "The Adventures of Dex Dixon: Paranormal Dick" to the next level and produce it as a full-blown stage musical. KJ McElrath and I have written 13 original songs for the new production, and currently Pete Petersen is working on the arrangements for the orchestra. The show will open in January 2016 and it is our hope to produce an original cast album to premier at the opening. We need your help to make this happen. Screenwriting: 8 Weeks to a First Draft
This is the only screenwriting class taught in Portland that actually produces a complete first draft of your script. I have successfully mentored over three dozen writers to completion of their first drafts and beyond. Several of these scripts have gone on to be filmed or are in production now.

Remember int he production world of Hollywood, no one is looking for a reason to read your script… they are looking for a reason NOT to read it. Don't give them a reason to round file your work… keep them engaged to the final scene. I will show you how.
