Huge shoutout to everyone who took part in our 2026 PCCF Unofficial Open. It was awesome seeing so many of you challenge yourselves and support each other over the past few weeks.
We’re continuing through our Competition Phase, focusing on maintaining strength and conditioning while keeping training balanced and sustainable.
Highlights this week:

PCCF WEEKLY PROGRAMMING đź’Ą
March 9–15
Final week of the Open season and we’ll take on 26.3 this Friday in class. Great work to everyone who has been showing up and putting in the effort these past few weeks.
Here’s a quick look at the week:
Monday
Gymnastics skill and barbell conditioning with double unders, clean & jerks, and bar muscle-ups.
Tuesday
Engine work with machine intervals focused on pacing and consistency.
Wednesday
Heavy overhead squats followed by a fast sprint-style workout.
Thursday
Short, powerful intervals with shuttle runs, deadlifts, and burpees.
Friday
26.3 — final Open workout of the season.
Saturday
Team workout to close out the week.

We’re officially kicking off our Competition Phase — and that means Fridays = Open workouts.
Starting this week, we’ll be running the “Unofficial” 2026 CrossFit Open in class.
No formal judging.
No score verification.
Just showing up, holding yourself to standards, and supporting your community.
You’re absolutely welcome to register for the Open on your own — just know scores won’t be validated through PCCF.
We believe in the benefits of the season:

💥 WEEK OF JAN 19–25 | WEEK 2 of 6
This week is about doing the basics really well — lifting with better positions, pacing smarter, and staying composed when the work gets uncomfortable. As we move deeper into Open Prep, you’ll see more barbell volume, longer engine pieces, and opportunities to sharpen skills while building durability. Show up, stay consistent, and trust the process.

MON 1/19 — CLOSED (MLK Day)
TUE 1/20 — Grip + Pulling + S2O
Engine + pull-ups + DUs, then heavy shoulder work.
WED 1/21 — Wave Back Squats + Threshold Metcon
Big squat day + short, spicy AMRAPs.
THU 1/22 — Clean & Jerk + Power Endurance
Barbell cycling meets bike/ski calories.
FRI 1/23 — HSPU Skill + OPEN 19.1
Wall balls + row throwback.
SAT 1/24 — TEAM WORKOUT DAY (9am)
Partner DB sit-ups + KB swings + KB step-overs.
