Meet Jim & Cindy- today they closed on the home they had built back in 2012. I had sold them the lot a year or so before that. Jim’s health & mobility has been a mounting challenge in the last couple years so downsizing needed to happen. We found a one level back in late Fall. They moved in before Christmas and then the work started- they had an estate sale and still had misc items to go to their new house. Once it was empty we staged it and it went pending in less than a week. It was a busy first few days on the market. Cindy may be the hardest working older woman I know- she took a lot on by herself and rarely complained. I had to convince her to let me help her once in a while! Today was closing day- bittersweet to say good bye, but a relief the move is behind them. Now they have just one house to take care! Thank you Jim and Cindy- you did a great job and we’re excited for you! On a side note the other broker also used to work at Hasson so that was kind of fun !

Realtors need vacations too- it’s often often hard to time them right! Last week we escaped to one of our favorite places with some friends- Palm Springs. We stayed at the resort we would go to every spring break when the kids were in elementary school. We had a big group of us that would go together and this trip brought back lots of good memories. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine, some wind, one cloudy day, lots of walking & hikes, pool time, margaritas, chips and salsa, & palm trees! Plus lots of laughs with our friends! It energized us for the busy Spring Real Estate Market ahead. We definitley hit the ground running when we got back!
