Meet Triston, our Operations Administrator!

Triston has been a valued member of the Fireside team for four years and has been an asset from day one. Starting as a Client Operating Specialist, she worked her way up through determination, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. Her adaptability, professionalism, and positive attitude are appreciated by everyone she works with. Today, she oversees administrative duties within the operations department, helping keep everything running smoothly.

One of the things Triston loves most about her role is the camaraderie that comes from working together to create beautiful spaces in our customers' homes.

Outside of work, Triston enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and spending time with her three fur babies. Her favorite Fireside memory is going on her first job walk with Iki and seeing a high-end installation firsthand. Iki's expert knowledge made the experience even more exciting and memorable.

Meet John, one of our dedicated Field Operations Supervisors!

John began his journey with Fireside in 2013 as a garage door installer and, through years of hard work and dedication, worked his way into the leadership role he holds today. His calm, cool, and collected approach, combined with his commitment to helping others, makes him a valued member of the Fireside team.

When asked what he loves most about his job, John says it's the people. He enjoys working alongside such a great team and appreciates the relationships he's built throughout the company over the years.

One of John's favorite memories at Fireside is attending company gatherings and seeing firsthand how much the company has grown year after year. Watching the Fireside family expand while maintaining its strong culture has been especially rewarding.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending quality time with his kids and grandkids, tackling DIY home projects, and cheering on his favorite hockey and baseball teams.
