Oh baby, baby...

Please tell me you sang that like Britney?!

Today is my last day in the salon for a few months. Of course I’m feeling all the feels (I mean I am pregnant after all). While I will be sad to not see my wonderful, supportive and amazing clients/friends I am very excited to start this new chapter in life; the welcoming of our sweet Baby Girl.

I’ll likely be pretty MIA as December rolls around. Once I have a date as to when I will be back in the salon, I’ll keep you all posted.

If you are a current client or 2021 couple, I did send out an email with maternity leave info yesterday. It came via newsletter and may have ended up in your SPAM folder. Please take a look.

On another note, thank you to the undeniably wonderful for taking these images. I’m so grateful to you for capturing so many of my life’s special moments. It means the world to me to have you be such an amazing part of my life.

TWO. YEARS.
Happy Anniversary to my generous, loving and kind husband .
Marrying you next to the bones of your ancestors, in a place of such scared meaning- was the most hallowing and loving experience I’ve had in my many lifetimes. I’d marry you every day.
While the life of a Merchant Marine’s Wife is filled with many momentous moments marked alone (today not being an expectation) I’m thankful to you for the sacrifices you make, while being away from your family, to make sure we are always taken care of.
This year we will welcome our long awaited first child. While it felt like a lifetime had past before we got to this moment- I’m so glad it’s finally here. I cannot wait to bring her to Scotland, so she can see what all the magic is about.
