Remiss at posting...had surgery and took awhile to get back at it! Sorry about that!
With the holidays FAST approaching, thought I'd plant some fresh alternatives to snacking! And beautiful too!

How I started healing a painful cracked heel almost overnight!

From tea tree to geranium, all these essential oils are helpful for relieving cracked heels and improving their appearance:

Here are two recipes for Cracked Heels:

1. doTERRA BALM FOR HEALING PAINFUL, CRACKED BLEEDING CRACKED HEELS (this is the recipe helped me almost overnight!)

What you need:

- 1/4 cup beeswax pastilles (you can buy them on Amazon)
- 1/2 cup Shea butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil (food grade)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Butter
- 10 drops doTERRA Melaleuca Essential oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Frankincense Essential Oil
-10 drops doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil
- a Double boiler (or something similar)
-8 oz amber or dark blue glass jar and lid (Amazon)

HOW TO MAKE;:

Melt the beeswax pastilles, shea butter, coconut butter and coconut oil using a double boiler. You can create a makeshift double boiler by placing your ingredients in a small pot then placing it into a larger pot containing about 1/2 cup of water. Heat over medium low on stove until it melts.Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool down for about 2 minutes then add doTERRA Essential Oils and stir. Pour mixture into jars (sometimes I put them into smaller individual jars and give as gifts!). Put the jars into the refrigerator to set into a balm.To use, smear a liberal amount on your cracked heels. You may cover your feet with a pair of comfortable socks to prevent oil stains.

2. Quick doTERRA Roll-On Blend

What you need:

- 10 drops doTERRA Melaleuca Essential Oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 drops doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops doTERRA Thyme Essential Oil
- doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
- 10 ml dark blue roll-on bottle ( on Amazon)

HOW TO MAKE::

Remove the roller ball from bottle and add all the doTERRA Essential Oils / drops into the roller bottle.Top with doTERRA's Fractionated Coconut Oil. Snap on the roller ball, screw back on the cap, and shake the bottle gently to combine the oils. Roll onto clean and dry cracked heels. Throw on a pair of comfortable socks.
