Ritual in a Jar

Sometimes I think I see more than most or something.. I’ve been having these dreams—
TRIGGER WARNING ⛔️

I’m only writing it out in hopes of analyzing it and sharing it bc it’s so damn dark and it’s recurring and sometimes that means I’m seeing something that’s happened or is happening or may happen… and if it’s the past it’s unchangeable- I don’t know where to put this dream. Not in paper because then I am still carrying it. I want to rid myself of these visions these nightmares.
TRIGGER WARNING
it’s the most horrible thing I’ve ever seen and it came from MY mind. Yikes.
There’s this humongous cast iron .. box… it’s enormous and it’s filled with- stacked tight like sardines- people.
People who are dying
Who have been shot and brutalized.
Most are dead
Some are alive
I’m alive
Babies are crying in there dead mothers arms.
There’s no escape
It is in fact literal hell.

I’m so so afraid that this is actually happening in the Congo or Sudan right now
