Chrysalis Body Works

I have had at least one person a day for the past week and a half reach out to ask if I’ll be re-opening July 1st so I think it’s time for me to make a public statement.

My answer is no, not yet, it’s too soon. I stopped doing massages before the state told me I had to, therefore the state telling me I’m allowed to do them again has no influence on my decision to re-open either. Especially when things are far worse than they were in March and continuing to worsen. As I live with an essential worker and a high-risk person, I believe this to be the most responsible choice for both my household and my clients. I miss my clients and doing massages quite a lot and will continue to reevaluate the situation and try to come up with a set up for doing massages that feels safe as we see the results of things like reopening indoor dining over the next few weeks. I’ll plan for an update in early August but for the time being Chrysalis Body Work will remain closed.

Stay safe, keep your distance, wash your hands, wear a mask in public places, the sooner we can flatten the curve the sooner you can be back on my massage table!
