UCP Oregon is hosting a very cool event next week: a Mandala Self-Care Workshop for parents and caregivers in our Family Support Department.

Come create layered mandala art using stickers in a low-pressure, community setting. No art skills needed!

GAB Support Groups provide a safe, compassionate space for parents and caregivers to connect with fellow parents raising a child with cerebral palsy or another disability. These groups are facilitated by parent volunteers, creating a supportive, understanding environment to vent, share challenges and joys, seek advice, listen, and talk openly in a non-judgmental space--reminding you that you are not alone!
