Sea Change Yoga

We have another great event to share which is also led by Sea Change Yoga teachers 💙

Join Jennie Ferrare ( Owner, E-RYT 500, BA Psychology, Master of Social work student) & Anne Esguerra (1000 Hour Yoga Therapist ) for a weekend long deep dive into yoga, embodiment, somatics, ethics, teaching techniques and the neurobiology of trauma in the body.

This training will be geared towards 200 and 500 hour yoga instructors looking to integrate trauma informed principles into their teaching, as well as social workers and counselors with deep yoga knowledge looking for more information on trauma and embodiment.

Dates: January 31st + February 1st, 9:30am-5pm
