Calling all wine lovers (so....95% of our demographic?)!
We're so pleased to announce that we're cohosting THE VERTICAL WINE DINNER with .selections in which we'll host three incredible Burgundy producers within our pistachio-green walls! They aren't just bringing their incandescent personalities: they'll each have a vertical flight of Burgundy to share.
- Thiebault Huber with organic and biodynamic Burgundy from Meursault
- Vincent Chevrot , one of two brothers of Domaine Chevrot whose family has been making Burgundy in Maranges since 1830
- Odilon Marchand .odilon.marchand of with deliciously drinkable Burgundy from Nuit-Saint-Georges
What's a vertical flight, you ask?
A vertical flight features multiple vintages of one wine from a single producer. It allows you to truly explore the approach of the winery and defining terroir of the region, separate from weather events and other variables from year to year.
TLDR: it's a way to really nerd out on a particular winery.

Today (and for an unknown span of time this week), we will have not one but TWO pasta dishes on our menu!
This is a big deal, because 1) our pastas are widely beloved, and 2) they are made BY HAND. By and 's hands, to be specific! Barilla, we would never.
