1. Sept 29th - FANTASY ISLANDS @ Buxton Woods - $30 Green fee's included! 2 Rounds.
Take a look at the map - the circles represent the Islands - If you land in an island zone on your drive, you get 1 point. Island points will be kept throughout the rounds. 50% of payouts will go to the players with the most island points, 50% to standard scores. On certain holes there will be 2 islands, so you'll be able to choose to go for the long island and the birdie OR lay up to the short island and get the easy point(both strategies will pay off). This will be a fun and casual event with camping, food, and all the fun of Buxton Woods. Pro's will play for cash, AMs play for scrip. Tonight! Putting league @ Old market pub.
Official league play starts tonight. $10 includes Pizza($5), and payouts($5) and 1 raffle ticket. Rock some DGOD or PIAS gear for an extra raffle ticket! Sign in and open putt from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. **Saturday: Discraft Ace Race at Buxton Woods! Day of registration-$30 (2 discs, shirt, super towel, water proof score card, mini, sticker)This will be Buxtons first Discraft Ace Race:) We'll be playing 2 rounds in the "all short" layout. $5 lunch option available. Optional cash ace pots- Sweet prizes- Plus all the fun of Buxton Woods! $3 Buxton Green fee required.

10am- player meeting(make your own cards! Play with your friends!)
12pm- Lunch- (putting contests begin)
1pm- Round 2
3pm- Long Drive contests- Putting contest finals
