BIG news!!!!!! In Real Estate.........
The Federal Reserve on December 10 cut its benchmark interest rate by 0.25 percentage points, lowering the federal funds rate to a range of 3.50%–3.75% in its final policy meeting of 2025. This marks the third consecutive rate cut this year and brings the overall reduction to 1.75 percentage points.
For homebuyers and homeowners, this rate cut could translate into slightly lower mortgage rates, though the connection isn't automatic.
