Another week of summer camp is complete, and we have a new collection of photos to share!

This week at camp:
• Explorers (grades K-2) discovered how plants and animals survive in different habitats in Creature Explorers.

• Makers (grades 3-5) delved into the purpose of robots, how they function, and built their own robots in Robotics Makers.

• Creators (grades 6-8) identified a problem and designed a nonprofit to address it and learned how to pitch their company to potential investors in Entrepreneurial Creators: Social Impact Lab.

How are scientists and engineers designing cleaner, smarter energy systems?

Find out this summer in Solar Futures: Clean Engineering, a new offering for high schoolers! Hosted by PSU's Maseeh College of Engineering & Computer Science, students will get an inside, hands-on look at how clean energy is developed, how it works, and the real-world variables that directly affect solar power.

We're excited to offer this class in a flexible format. Students will meet at PSU on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, July 28 through August 6.
