Processwork Toolkit Series: Working with the Dreambody with Jai Kahn

The Dreambody concept holds that body symptoms and dreams are expressions of our deeper selves. The Dreaming is coming through in signals and processes that we can learn to read and understand.

Dreambody Work with Jai Kahn is a three-session course covering the theory and practice of working with body experience through a Processwork lens. You'll develop real skills for following the dreaming process behind physical symptoms. Your own and others!

Open to anyone new to this work. Useful for therapists, facilitators and coaches already in practice.
