While practicing Bodhisattva path during his cultivation, the Namo Medicine Buddha saw that many sentient beings troubled by vexations and suffered by illness. Therefore, the Medicine Buddha make twelve great vows to save sentient beings to relief them from illness, disasters and to prolong life. May all sentient beings stay away from anxiety and all kinds of ailments and fears, and no longer be bound by disease and suffering, and the difficulties of lack of living resources, so that all sentient beings can live in plentiful, stable, and happy life.
※The meaning of Repentance
What is repentance? It is to repent our sins through the worships of Buddas.
It is hard for people not to make mistakes, we often committed sins or mistakes unconsciously. Therefore, we do not wait until we committed sins to repent. Repentance is the turning point of our life from wrong to right; repentance is the process of transcending from self-centered to selflessness. Attending repentance is to place our hearts into the cool water of Dharma. Through the repeating of worships to Buddas to repent, we are able to purify our hearts to regain our pure minds in order to receive the coolness and ease of Dharma.
Prayer tablets are available in the ceremony for yourself and your parents and relatives to relieve illness, disaster, difficulty and prolong life! We cordially invite all to participate and share auspices. Tashi Delek!
