REACH Community Development is deeply disappointed by the 9th Circuit’s decision to pause protections for Gray’s Landing, allowing federal agents again to use tear gas and chemical munitions near our residents.

These harmful tactics have already impacted seniors, veterans, families, and people with disabilities—and as a nonprofit, REACH cannot shoulder the cleanup and damage alone.

We will continue pursuing our resident‑led case against DHS and ICE to protect Gray’s Landing and the South Waterfront community. We appreciate your support as this case moves forward: reachcdc.org/donate

• Every buyer received down‑payment assistance + Portland Housing Center counseling
• REACH assistance unlocked a 3:1 return in additional public and nonprofit investment

Her words say it best: “I feel like I lost a thousand pounds. This is mine.”
