Oh CanadaAaa!!!!!! Headed up North to run our hands over the beautiful wild grass fields of Alberta. What a dream!!
Today we are grabbing some grass and turning it into juice powders for an amazing boost to our sunshine in a glass.
Wheat, Barley, Oat and Kamut, oh my!! All these add a mighty punch made easy by Canadian farmers picking the grass at the EXACT right time. THANK YOUUUU!!
ps. Did you know wheat grass is gluten-free?? What?? Apparently, wheat doesn't contain gluten UNTIL it produces a seed, then it becomes a grain. Hence...containing gluten and harvested for bread and what not. So all my gluten free babes...next time you see some wheat grass..blend it up and drink away!! :)

Today we are checking into China..if only I could get a stamp on my passport! Although, I have been lucky enough to go to China when I was much younger and even with ALL the people..it is a cool place. The farm land is amazing and the deep sense of culture is beautiful!
In China we are heading out to the mountains in the Yangshuo Region were bugs are giant and snakes are venomous. One we get there we are search of the beautiful astragalus fields. So enjoy the amazing scenery this Friday and dream you were there; tomorrow we will get to the good stuff! :)
