Meet our National Nurses Week spotlight and our Director of Nursing, Deana Daugherty! Deana has been with Glisan Post Acute for 3 years. She grew up in healthcare and worked in her dad's podiatry office becoming a CNA in 2009 and a nurse in 2015. When asked what the most important trait in a nurse is, Deana answered: compassion, noting that it cannot be taught.
