Keep an eye on your inbox, you’ll receive an email if you have eligible citations!

If you have received a citation in the last 75 days and have not yet made payment, bring in at least 37 oz of peanut butter (or any nut butter) by Friday, May 22nd and PSU’s Transportation & Parking Services will waive up to $50 in citation fees.

How it Works:

Limited to one citation per person.
Must bring at least 37 ounces of nut butter.
Expired food will not be accepted.
Offer does not apply to citations previously paid. 
The citation cannot be appealed or have been appealed already
Offer applies to outstanding citations issued after February 18, 2026.
Payment must be made in person at the Transportation & Parking Services office.
Any nut butter will be accepted. 
Peanut butter payment will not result in a credit if citation is less than $50.
If applied to a citation greater than $50, the remaining value must be paid in full. 
After hours parking fees are excluded from promotion.
