The Black Excellence in Education Residency is coming May 22nd & 23rd, 2026 β and applications are open NOW.
Spend two days learning alongside the Black Excellence in Education cohort (a Portland State University & KairosPDX collaboration) practicing culturally-sustaining instruction and critical reflection in early learning classrooms.

To qualify, you must be:
β’ Currently employed as an early childhood educator in Oregon
