The ender in 2 seconds, , S Tier Comedian , and alllll the homies as well.. including the GOAT of MMA and my favorite fighter in the world.. Demetrious Johnson aka (12 Time UFC Featherweight champion & ONE FC Champion). Was able to lock in a convo and some great advice as well. Hope I'll get to work with you soon brother - Would be an honor 🙏🏾 More updates coming!

S/o to one of my coaches, Coach Red for putting me through a fight camp without me even asking and cornering me. I ain't here for the politics of gyms. I'm here to grow and level up with whoever is on that path, in all areas. Thank you for showing up!

As for my fight.. fire all 3 rounds. Freakzilla had some NASTY leg kicks he landed that thankfully didn't compromise my movement, and came very close to some head kicks. Even when blocking some of those kicks sounded like a whip crack. Good power, Good pressure and solid hands in some moments too. I started to REALLY let my hands go in round 2 & 3 after I gathered data and studied... Started landed clean. Singles, working the jab as well as combos chained together & Spinning back kicks. One pushed him across the cage to the ground. Dazed on a couple different occasions.. Round 3, hit a 4 piece combo that I just needed to follow up with more strikes to finish the job but instead.. for some reason I went for a headlock to a hip toss.. Big mistake because I knew he had a wrestling background and planned on avoiding grappling, but forgot in that moment. Hip toss failed, which gave up my back. He dragged me to the ground and subbed me via rear naked choke.

The biggest lesson, is one bad decision (especially late in the fight) can cost you the match. Lesson learned. Coming back legendary. That was already the old me, & won't ever make that mistake again and will come back with significant gains in grappling and striking.

If anything.. I've learned to be keep it EFFICIENT.
Collect the data..
Adjust. Then progress.
I LEARN - then find out how to apply the "know"
And if I don't KNOW.. Find out how to LEARN.
One thing that's certain.. I wouldn't be where I am now without ALL of my peoples.
They are the candles in my life. The north star(s) in the night.
They keep me focused, productive.. and their presence reminds me I'm still on the right path even in the moments I drift.
Find "your people" & take care of them.

This year I wanna return that energy.
I aim to be a North Star.
A candle to remind those watching what humanity is capable of..
Even under pressure.

Call me out if I fall short.. But it ain't in the plans.
