Hello everyone,

We have an upcoming University of Oregon home playoff football game at Autzen Stadium, and we are putting out an all-call to both our Portland and Eugene crews.

This is a major event, and we need to begin gathering availability now.

The game date has now been confirmed:

• Saturday 12/20 – 4:30 PM kickoff (call time approx. 12:15 PM)

We will send the shift confirmation after you’ve been scheduled with your local office, now that the date and time are official. If you are traveling from out of town, please factor in your travel time and allow yourself time to find parking and/or locate your staff check-in area.

PORTLAND CREW:
If you are interested in traveling to Eugene to work this playoff game, please contact Karen directly. CMS will be providing transportation to and from the game, so it is important that Portland staff reach out as soon as possible to ensure we have an accurate headcount and enough vehicle space.

EUGENE CREW:
If you are local to the Eugene area and want to work the playoff game, please contact the Eugene Office. They will be coordinating the local roster, call times, and positioning.

Hello everyone,

Recently we've made some changes to our direct deposit options for our employees and we want to make sure people are aware of the new service being offered.

PAYCOM VAULT VISA® PAYROLL CARD:
Employees can enroll for a Vault payroll card in Employee Self-Service® or through Self-Onboarding and receive pay up to two days early with eligible direct deposit. Vault payroll cards can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. They provide a digital list of what ATM’s are eligible for use. Once enrolled, employees can add the Vault payroll card to their preferred mobile wallet and enjoy perks such as: No monthly usage fees, no minimum balance required, Visa Zero Liability for fraudulent purchases and access to 55,000 no-fee all point ATM. Employees must be 18 years old to participate.

Once enrolled the vault card is mailed directly to the employee and received within 7-10 business days. Vault Visa allows one free card, per calendar year, and then charges 5.00 per card from there. Please remember to download the Vault Visa App to register the card and track balances/purchases.
