The Team Lillard Foundation reached out to Tipsy Scoop Portland to become a united front on combating hunger in our area and we said Yes! There is no place for hunger in the United States, we both feel that people should not have to choose between paying their heat bill or buying food for their tamily. Team Lillard has a donation bin inside of Tipsy Scoop tc collect items that are non-perishable, baby formula, baby food, hygiene items and any other items that would help offset expenses for our community.

All donations are appreciated and will be collected weekly. For those that drop off at Tipsy Scoop, we will offer 10% off any item (excluding alcohol beverages) for your support of the Team Lillard Foundation.
Together, we can truly make a difference!

Portland’s first alcohol-spiked ice cream shop finally has an opening date The West Coast's first Tipsy Scoop has an opening date.

We are so sorry for the delay in opening. We had expected to open this past summer, but had some challenges with the city and their rules regarding sidewalk improvements. We are finally back at it with construction and hoping to open before spring of 2025. Please stay tuned and we appreciate your continued support!😊
