Linfield Nursing

Two new electric utility carts are now in service on Linfield’s Portland campus, thanks to funding from Portland General Electric’s 2025 Drive Change Fund. ⚡

The carts support campus operations and public safety teams by helping staff respond more quickly to maintenance needs, campus monitoring and emergencies — while also reducing emissions and long-term maintenance costs. They replace a gas-powered cart from 1995 that was no longer serviceable.

This investment builds on Linfield’s ongoing partnership with PGE and reflects the university’s continued commitment to sustainable campus operations.
