Join Liz McCausland on Fridays at 4:30 pm in Hatha Flow. Movements are synchronized with the breath and at a slower pace than Vinyasa Flow. Sequences move through standing and floor poses, focusing on alignment, strength, and embodied movement. Classic yogic practices like pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and philosophical concepts are woven into the class. If time allows, also guided meditation or a moment of seated stillness at the end of each practice. Adaptations and variations offered. ✨

A six-week Ashtanga series with Kat Freya. This course is geared toward students with established movement or yoga practices who want to deepen into an Ashtanga practice. A container to explore a beautiful and rigorous sequence with plenty of space for experimenting, modification, intuition, and curiosity.
