3 things for better mental health this weekend.
1. Grab a paper or journal and write down your thoughts and feelings, as they are, unedited. Writing out your feelings just as they are helps free up mental space.
2. Make room
for micro-moments. Try to quiet email, social and work to enjoy the sweet moments of life that bring you joy. Snuggle and play with your dog, tend to your garden or plants, enjoy the sun and a cup of tea. These small moments help gratitude to flourish.
3. Go for a walk and purposefully note 5 things you see. Connecting with your breathe and the natural beauty around you helps calm the nervous system and reconnect you with the present moment
