The beautiful month of December and we’re already on day three! But I still want to share my thoughts and intentions for the month with you 🤍 & hear yours too!
The energy of this month is magical and has always felt the most special to me ✨
Here is what I’m ushering in for this month:
Centeredness & presence to soak in every moment and have a conscious viewpoint.
Connection to my inner knowing, to follow the calling of my heart.
Infusing generosity, kindness & love into the simplest of things- And in big ways when I have the opportunity (go checkout my giveaway on my last post 🤩).
The Magic of the season- I’m open to and welcoming opportunities, surprises, even miracles 💫
Transformation, embracing the unknown and staying positive along the way while experiencing everything it brings fully 🌪
Hopefully some skiing too ⛷☺️

🍁🍂 Autumn is filled with crisp air, beautiful colors, pumpkin spiced everything (I prefer apple cider 🤭) and so many beautiful lessons....
It reminds us that things must end to begin again. That nothing, not nature, and not even us, stay in bloom forever. That it’s necessary to rest.
Autumn reminds us that everything is always in transition, even when we might not be aware of this. It teaches us that allowing is what makes these transitions beautiful and resistance makes it difficult and painful.
It’s a time that reminds us to let go of what no longer serves us. To shed what we don’t need so we can continue our cycle of growth.
It shows us that there is beauty through change, loss, and death.
It’s a reminder that there are fresh starts and also that regeneration takes time. We learn resilience and patience.
Embrace this beautiful season and use it for contemplation, gratitude and releasing 🍁🍂
