Small habits add up — especially when it comes to your spinal health. 💚
Simple things like moving throughout the day, stretching consistently, staying hydrated (and adding electrolytes to help your body absorb and use water more effectively), supporting your neck while you sleep, taking breaks from screens, and carrying bags evenly can all make a big difference in how your body feels.
