This coming Friday 8/7 we will be bringing you the newest rendition of The Great Open Mic. Outside. Monument Square. 7pm. First Friday Art Walk. Bring your own microphone (we will try to have extras). Live show AND live streamed on TGOM FB page! We gladly accept donations on Venmo (at) thegreatopenmic. We have to take care of our people at Thyme Media making this show happen. We also strongly encourage you to walk one block past Monument Square to see and engage with the encampment at City Hall. We stand in solidarity with these protesters fighting for the goals of decriminalizing homelessness and reallocating funding and resources within our community to take care of people who need help getting their basic needs met during the pandemic and beyond. Follow to stay up to date with current needs and ways to donate and contribute time or supplies. .hodgens and I have the simple goal to bring a platform to the city if anybody has a desire to use it to make sounds witcha voice. We will be be bringing music and entertainment to you and we hope you join us in this fantisimo opportunity to make some noize in our little kickass city.
