🤹♀️How active were you yesterday (and today!)? 🏃♀️
Studies show that on days you have to sit a lot, getting up and moving around for just a few minutes every hour can help improve your energy, focus, and generally make you feel better!
As a Psoriasis Warrior we can spend a lot of time dwelling on our skin and our flares. Show your skin some love and get it outside, shower it with Vitamin D and move for 20 minutes. You don’t have to break a sweat if you don’t want to - just basic movement will do wonders!
So - how active were you yesterday? I’ll start!
I played golf 🏌🏼♀️and I walked Lewis, my black lab 🏃🏻♀️🐾for a mile and a half...I was super active yesterday - I will rate that a 5!
