The world has been experiencing some intense changes this year but we have also seen a great desire for folks to step up and be part of their local community. At Pageboy, this really resonates with us and with a majority of our clientele, so we are excited to announce that beginning this week, we will be instituting Community Cuts, a system wherein discounted and free haircuts will be made available through community support
How does it work?
When you book your appointment you will see a new option to the ADD-ON menu which will allow you to put a dollar amount towards a haircut for someone in need.
We know and respect that contributing to this fund won't be an option for everyone, but if you find yourself in a place to safely give we hope you'll take the opportunity!
Amounts range from $5, $10, or full haircut with Mel or Rachel and can be added anytime you book a service.
If you are someone who wishes to use these donations towards a haircut, we encourage you to DM or email with inquiries or to claim an available discount/free cut--we will post regularly on our social media with what is available.
Discounts will be available as long as funds are there, and they can be used in any increment.
If you are using the Community Cuts to help pay for your service we will not be accepting gratuities for that service and for now, Community Cuts funds won't be applied towards any other service (color, etc) except haircuts.
This is community funded access, not charity. You can pay something forward one month and access a discount the next. Please do not be shy about accessing a discount! We are thrilled to offer this and are committing to find ways to make services more accessible. If you have questions, concerns, or further needs please email us!

If you find yourself saying "but Rachel! You have no appts available next week!" Its true, I am fully booked. HOWEVER! I will be donating the tips from all appts already scheduled for this week PLUS the tips from any appt that is booked DURING this week but for a future date! So. Book ahead! Schedule for September! Hell, schedule for December. Whenever you book for, your gratuities will be given to a good cause!

Rachel () and Mel (.for.humans) are excited to announce that all tips for the following week will be donated to help those in need! We are lucky to be part of an industry in our community that wants to give back! If you feel like giving extra in your tips, 100% will go to this!
