The president of the afghan community for the state of Maine, Shamayel Kargar is a brilliant business woman who has built a real estate empire with her husband shortly after coming to this country from Afghanistan. They are American dreamers at their core and they succeeded. Shamayel will share with you her successful formula to succeeding in real estate with a Q&A at the end.

Leading a generation of eager and hard-working young afghans to have a place at the table that addresses their needs and concerns and wants. Imagine, two women leading the 700 plus afghans in the state of Maine. It’s a beautiful thing and this interview was great to watch.
