As Dotter recently told , his collaboration with Health In Harmony began in the Brazilian Amazon in 2021. Since then, Dotter has documented his time among rainforest communities in the Amazon, Borneo, and Madagascar, through portraiture, action shots of local wildlife and remarkable landscapes.

💧 Water is life. Yet the community of Puerto Lara is facing a water crisis due to persistent failures in its water supply system. Despite repeated promises from the authorities, the situation remains unresolved. This is what Indigenous communities in Panama are up against.
🌳 Health In Harmony, alongside .films and , supported filmmaking training for Indigenous communities to tell their stories on their own terms. This film is an outcome of those workshops.
📚 As we move towards the end of the year, we continue to emphasize narrative sovereignty and storytelling as a key mechanism to support Indigenous sovereignty, improving the infrastructure and well-being of all Indigenous communities worldwide.
