This is my beautiful friend Jana Corbett () and I got to take her headshots🥰🥰 In her work as a therapist, she employs evidence- based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to address a variety of mental health and substance use issues, including but not limited to coping with life transitions, coping with grief, anxiety, and depression, substance use, difficulty regulating emotions, and difficulties with relationships and parenting. Jana feels comfortable working with clients who engage in self-harm and are at high risk for su***de.
