The 11th Annual Canines Uncorked highlights North Willamette Valley wineries where dogs are counted among the guests of honor. A “License to Taste” passport includes wine tastings and dog activities at each participating winery on August 7.

This turtle lost both his back legs so vets built him a very fancy Lego wheelchair This fine specimen is Pedro the handicapable turtle, a patient of Louisiana State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Baton Rouge.
