Good reminders as we head back to school! Stay safe and enjoy the ride!

Safety Starts at the Bus Stop: Your child should arrive at the bus stop at least five to ten minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive. Visit the bus stop before the first day of school and show your child where to wait for the bus: at least three giant steps (six feet) away from the curb. Remind your child that the bus stop is not a place to run or play. Practice bus stop safety this month as you prepare to return to school and share this post to remind others how important school bus safety is.

In addition to being “World Laughter Day” today is National School Bus Drivers Day! Thank you to all school bus drivers everywhere! In addition to “bleeding yellow” you are the first and last point of educational contact for so many children while transporting them safely to and from school.
