We are sorry about the long down time for everyone. We want to assure everyone that SpiritOne is still here. We were migrating over to the cloud so that it would be faster for all of our customers. We have experienced some major problems but they are being resolved. We are hoping that by tomorrow it will be solved. Thank you for bearing with us through all of this.

Sorry about the long outage there. There was a series of unfortunate events in our datacenter, compounded by the fact that a fever is not conducive to troubleshooting. Everything should be back up now.

It looks like we finally got everything back up and running smoothly. Hopefully it will stay this way and the admin can get some much needed rest.

We had a server outage this morning that took down a number of services, including DNS, dial-up authentication, and... well, a lot. The server decided to stop working around 6:30 am this morning, and I finally got it back up and running just before 9 am. Sorry about the long outage, folks.
