Love and the different ways we work on explosive hip extension. If you want to jump higher or run faster, you gotta use those glutes! 💥💥💥
Soooooo....... lets talk about burpees. We’ve been doing a lot this week and people tend to short cut them(because they’re exhausting). However, you lose a lot of benefits if you don’t go through the entire motion:
💥 full hip extension aka stand all the way up and squeeze your glutes (very beneficial for hip joint nutrition and glute activation)
💥arms must go fully over head (great for shoulder joint nutrition - as long as you try to keep your arms by your ears)
💥Your feet must leave the ground (if you’re doing the first 2 points correctly, you should have developed enough momentum to get a little hop)
If you’re having knee, hip, back, or shoulder pain, then something needs to be modified (that’s what I’m here for 😉)
