Principle 3/12:
Universal detection is a system, not a test

Here is why:

In the past, cancer detection was focused on single cancer types and single diagnostics tools - for example, a FIT test for colon cancer. If the test is “positive”, a doctor has to decide what steps to take next. Often this next step is another test that can be “positive”. This chain of testing ultimately leads to a biopsy, which is the only procedure that can actually diagnose or rule out cancer.

These traditional “single-modality” approaches are outdated for multiple reasons: first, they cannot achieve universal cancer detection. Second, focusing on isolated tests doesn't allow to optimize the full cancer detection chain.

Universal cancer detection turns detection from a TEST into a SYSTEM. It always considers ALL relevant tests and assembles them in a personalized sequence for each patient to minimize risk, cost and uncertainty.

Most importantly, universal cancer detection as a system incorporate new universal screening technologies like universal genomics and full-body MRIs.

By doing so, Universal Cancer Screening systems like Quantgene QX enable us to detect all cancers at early stages for all people. This inevitably leads to universal detection and the END OF CANCER as we know it.

We will post the 12 Principles of Cancer Detection over the next few days to outline our PATH TO UNIVERSAL DETECTION - and how we get started TODAY.
