SIBA had the incredible opportunity to tour Vigor's 60-acre Swan Island shipyard — home to The Vigorous, the largest floating dry dock in North America! The Portland facility brings together Vigor’s full range of services, including shipbuilding, maintenance, and modernization of vessels.
