PC Gaming Club Membership Interest & Sign-up

Hi Everyone,

We are currently looking for students interested in helping run the PSU PC Gaming Club next year. If you are a current PSU student and are interested, please let us know via FB or at [email protected]!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Checking-in for Sat. Dec. 16th

Check-in will be between 5:30PM-6:00PM.

Each match will have at least one officer assigned to spectate the games. PLEASE DO NOT BEGIN YOUR GAME until an officer has been assigned to you, unless otherwise noted. During check-in time, please have at least one of your members present..

All teams will be checking in on the PSU LoL Discord. If you or someone from your team is not currently on our discord, please join ASAP. After you have joined the discord, please contact one of the officers, so that they can assign you to your team. The link can be found here: https://discord.gg/qNK47Aa

Matches will start at 6PM. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT before the match begins. If a teammate is late, we will be following the rules according to the rulebook. Here is what will occur if a member is late: If members are not in the lobby at the time the match is scheduled to start, their team will lose a ban. After 15 minutes, they must forfeit their first game. After 30 minutes from the start time, they forfeit their second game. After 45 minutes from the start time, they forfeit their third game.

If your team has not been assigned an officer, then that means you and your teammates must wait, unless otherwise noted. You may practice or watch the games (that will be streamed on twitch), but please do not be late!

If your team cannot make it to the matches tomorrow, you may reschedule with your opponent. However, please also make sure to contact an officer to let us know. Regarding with scheduling, please refer to the rulebook.

As a reminder, please make sure to read all the rules in the rulebook as that is part of your responsibility.

Your teams have been selected! Please view this spreadsheet and add your respective team members on the LoL client, communicate, and start practicing!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU, DELEGATE:
- A team representative that will communicate with us the easiest
- A team name (optional)

Your teams have tentative roles we set up for you but by all means CHANGE THEM AS YOU PLEASE! We encourage all players to work as a team to make the best composition. Don't be afraid to look up other players stats as well, all the IGN's are in the link.

Brackets will be released shortly. We are going to run a Bo3, Double Elim. style bracket.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: WINTER TOURNAMENT

There has been a slight change to the tournament format. The tournament will now be divided into 2 parts. The first part of the tournament will be a BO1 Round Robin, where each team will place each other twice. The second part of the tournament will be a Double-elimination, BO3. Finals will still be BO5.
