Art, ideas, and community came together for the 2026 Converge 45 Gala.

Throughout the evening, guests were immersed in a celebration of Portland's creative community and the vision behind the upcoming Converge 45 Triennial, a city-wide exhibition that will transform galleries, public spaces, and unexpected locations into places for discovery and dialogue.

During the last decade, has partnered with more than 160 artists and 45 organizations and helped make Portland a place where ambitious art thrives and where creative exchange connects people, institutions, and neighborhoods across the city.

Superheroes, villains, and incredible comic-inspired style took over Q***r Prom this year as guests fully embraced the themed celebration hosted by Two Spirit Program.

The annual dance party invites students from area high schools to enjoy a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space to relax, dance, mingle, take photos, snack, enjoy dynamic performances, and have an absolute blast.

The annual Maybelle Center Family Reunion fundraising event not only brings people into the mission of the organization, it also immerses guests in many of the ways Maybelle Center members feel connected through tradition and belonging. The long-standing Family Reunion tradition of Bingo is always a favorite, and this year’s social hour also included Karaoke Gibberish and the fun of doodling. Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp annual gala was All That Glitters and so much more! Guests’ sparkling outfits were only outshone by their bright hearts full of generosity. The annual fundraising event supports a special place where disability is replaced with possibility.

Throughout the evening, powerful stories reminded everyone that Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp is more than a camp — it’s a place of belonging, independence, laughter, and lifelong memories. From cheering on the fundraising moments to celebrating the vision for a more accessible future, the room came together in support of experiences that allow every camper to feel seen, celebrated, and free to simply be themselves.
