Lately I’ve been considering ending my time as a coach/trainer ⏰

💫 I’ve put a lot of money into this and have continuous monthly expenses but don’t have many clients right now and it’s pretty draining. I love my clients and being able to help people find out what being healthy means to them.

It’s rewarding in so many ways but I also work a full time job that takes up so much of my time. It’s not my forever job but it’s what’s paying the bills 💸 right now and if I could make a decent amount of money coaching then I’d quit my other job to focus on training clients full time- but unfortunately I haven’t found out how to make that work quite yet.

🔥 I’m gonna do one last little sale on my coaching packages here soon and if that doesn’t bring in new clients then I’ll be calling it quits and I wanted to let all of you know that if that happens then this account will be deleted/rebranded into something entirely different.

Last July I went to this amazing Goddess retreat at the beach with some of the most amazing women I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing.

🤲 It was a time dedicated to deep mediation and healing. A place where we could all have safe people around to explore our inner traumas and work through them.

In that retreat we had some affirmations that we would repeat to ourselves and these were some of them🫰
