Emilitsa Greek Restaurant
10/01/2021
To all of our beloved friends and guests, it’s with great sadness that we announce Emilitsa has closed the doors for the final time.
We are so appreciative of all your love and support over the last 15 years. What began as a passion project to serve our favorite Greek dishes quickly grew into a place that welcomed countless guests over the years. Many of whom arrived as strangers and left as friends. 💙 🤍
We are incredibly humbled that so many embraced Emilitsa and that we were able to succeed as long as we had.
If you need us, we’ll be fishing under the pines.
With love, your Emilitsa family.

In Greek cuisine, “Saganaki” (σαγανάκι) refers to any dish that’s prepared in small, heavy bottomed frying pan - the most common being an appetizer of fried cheese.
Here at Emilitsa, we serve up the most delicious cheese saganaki you’ll ever have. We start with fresh, sheep’s milk kefalograviera cheese, dredge it in flour, and pan fry it to golden brown goodness!
Then we top it with our housemade balsamic-peppered Greek figs.
A perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Lamb chops are being prepped for a guest-favorite entree: our paithakia galaktos tis skaras.
First, the Australian grass-fed lamb chops are marinated in our homemade recipe. Then, they’re grilled to perfection and served alongside sautéed spinach and feta-parsnip potato mash.
If you’re looking for a great way to complete your meal, this dish pairs perfectly with a glass of Boutari Naoussa. 🍷
