Gluten Free Pasta 🍝
Some people think that finding great gluten free pasta is an impossible task. The REAL secret is knowing how to cook gluten free pasta properly. If not, any pasta you make will end up mushy!
Remember, gluten’s role in pasta is to help keep the nice chewy texture that we all know any love. Without gluten, it can taste grainy or crumbly.
Here are some brands of gluten free pasta that are commonly found nation wide! My favorite is (it’s the closest that I can find to regular pasta)!
